A one-to-one private consultation fee includes up to 30 minutes of contact time to answer any questions relating to a programme. For more complex cases where additional time is required, costs will be advised in advance.
Consultancy fees for corporate wellness programmes / workshops, events and specialised catering are advised on a per project basis.

For one-to-one private consultations, to help us best serve your enquiry we recommend you first describe the issue you’re experiencing before telling us what you would like to achieve.
